Today I want to start a fresh blog. I have neglected my xanga for a very long time and I feel it is most likely due to the fact that I am beyond that chapter of my life. I began my Xanga when I was single, 19 years old, and evolving from a dank and despair filled time in my life. While my life still can offer desperate times, they are no match to what the Lord has brought me through. Praise God.
So I feel it is time to begin again. Life is so wonderfully dynamic and we are given so many chances of renaissance because we are constantly growing. This is what sets us apart as the blessed.
I have never liked to keep a diary as a document of daily events but often a journal becomes this because life isn't a play, movie, or book. Interestingly, a blog connects events worthy of novels through the recording of the daily grind. So perhaps I should be less arrogant about recording what I've done today. After all, there is no day but today.
I don't usually have very interesting things to talk about but I like to write and I like this medium. So some days I will write for the reader and other days I will write for myself. If you don't like it, don't read it. And I say this with great affection. :)
I think I will like this blog. I hope you do to.
